"I’ve always loved the process involved in the creation of indulgent food; food that isn’t nutritionally essential but gives heart-warming joy and pleasure when it’s presented, served and devoured. An apron on and bowl and whisk in hand, dreaming up some amazing dessert or cake to warm and spoil family and friends, is my thing! This is how my purely magic invention happened, a sinfully rich and addictive chocolate fudge truffle – melt handmade fudge is now available in four equally irresistible flavours".
